Yıldız Demir Çelik, a subsidiary of Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding, has made significant investments both in Türkiye and globally. Situated on a 300,000 m² site in the Kocaeli Alikahya Organized Industrial Zone, the company operates a cold rolling complex under one roof. Yıldız Demir Çelik directly employs over 600 people and provides indirect employment to 2,500 people. The production facilities transform hot-rolled input materials into final products through various processes using environmentally friendly technologies.

Yıldız Demir Çelik manufactures a wide range of products for sectors including white goods, automotive, panel radiators, general manufacturing, construction, and energy. The company has quickly established itself as a significant player in the export market, being listed among Türkiye's top exporting companies since operations began in 2018. Additionally, Yıldız Demir Çelik serves both internal and external stakeholders through its Chemistry, Mechanics, Paint, and Color Laboratories, which are accredited with TS EN ISO/IEC 17025.

Our Achievements

• In its founding year of 2018, even before all lines were fully operational, Yıldız Demir Çelik ranked 407th in Türkiye's exports according to the TIM1000 rankings.
• By 2019, when all production lines were fully operational, the lines producing final products reached 90% capacity utilization.
• In 2019, Yıldız Demir Çelik received the first prize in the "Highest Export Increase" category at the "Export Stars Awards" organized by the Steel Exporters' Association.
• According to the TIM1000 rankings, Yıldız Demir Çelik ranked 229th in Türkiye's exports in 2020 and 48th in 2021. Additionally, in 2021, Yıldız Demir Çelik was recognized as the third company with the highest export growth among all exporters.
• In its third year in the industry, Yıldız Demir Çelik certified its sustainable high-quality production by obtaining the IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System Certificate.
