The Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as KVKK) was adopted on March 24, 2016 and published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 on April 7, 2016.
Some of the KVKK entered into force on the date of publication, and some on October 7, 2016.

As Yıldız Demir Çelik, we attach importance to the security of your personal data.
Our company, which was established in accordance with the Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Turkey, would like to inform you, our valued customers as the "Data Controller" on how personal data is collected, processed and the purpose of these processing, defined in the KVKK within the framework of the regulations brought by the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
Personal data shared by you, our valued customers, with our company by giving explicit consent, can be processed in company registries, limited to company activities and service areas as regulated by KVKK. They can be transferred and stored and used for profiling as well as can be classified for domestic and foreign individuals connected to our company.
Collection, Processing and Processing Purposes of the Personal Data
Pursuant to KVKK No. 6698, your personal data that you share with Yıldız Demir Çelik are obtained, saved, is stored, is replaced, is rearranged, completely or partially, automatically, or by non-automatic means provided that they are part of any data recording system. Briefly, they can be processed by us as the subject of any processing performed on the data.
Any operation performed on the data within the scope of KVKK is considered as "processing of personal data". Your personal data collected through the www.yildizdemircelik.com.tr website are processed for the purposes of presenting our products and services, communicating with you regarding the products and services you have purchased or will receive, giving product/service offers and using them in other marketing activities, new product studies and similar purposes.
To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Our company can transfer the collected personal data in our home country or to abroad in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the KVKK and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in 8. and 9. Articles of the KVKK, for the purposes stated above, to our business partners, business contacts, subcontractors and to the ordered supervisory authorities, within the framework of the legislation in line with the PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE or regulated by Law.
Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection
For the above-mentioned purposes, the person/organizations to whom your personal data you share with Yıldız Demir Çelik can be transferred directly or indirectly are our domestic/foreign affiliates, program partner organizations we cooperate with, domestic/foreign organizations and other third parties.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in the 11.Article of the KVKK
In this context, personal data owners has the right
1. To learn whether their personal data have been processed or not,
2. To request information if their personal data have been processed,
3. To learn about the purpose of personal data and whether such data have been used in line with their intended purposes,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
5. To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, although the information has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws,
7. To object to the emergence of a result against the persons themselve by analyzing the processed data exclusively through the automated systems,
8. To demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK, you may submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights in writing or by other means determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (by registering the e-mail ("REM") address, securing electronic signature, mobile signature or by using the e-mail address previously notified to our Company by the person concerned and registered in the system of the data controller, or by means of a software or application developed for application purposes) to our Company.

Storage and Protection of Personal Data
